The Surrey Park Clinic
The Surrey Park Fertility Clinic is based in The Surrey Park Clinic within the Surrey Research Park adjacent to the Royal Surrey County Hospital and Guildford Nuffield Hospital. The two consultants who oversee our clinic, Mr. Paul Curtis and Mr. Andrew Riddle, both work actively in the NHS as gynaecologists and obstetricians and also in the Woking Assisted Conception Unit which has an excellent reputation and success rate. Our aim is to fast track your investigations in order that we can start a treatment programme as soon as possible.
Because of our particular interest in insulin resistance which is thought to greatly reduce chances of both conception and maintaining a pregnancy, during your time with us we address this actively as for many couples this is an extra benefit which is rarely recognised or addressed and can make the difference between success and failure. To this end we have access to special metabolic tests as well as dietary guidance to optimise your chances of a natural conception (see causes of infertility).
Assisted conception can be in many forms, from the very basic natural cycle monitoring with only minimal intervention through simple ovulation induction towards the more complex forms of interventional assisted conception e.g. IVF, ICSI etc. Whatever your individual needs we aim to give you the best standards of care whilst increasing your chances to the highest possible of achieving your baby.
